Damascus steel Viking Mjölnir pendant.

A noble Thors Hammer from 256 layers of Damascus - The multi-fold damascus steel gives this Viking Mjölnir a fascinating and reflecting light pattern.


The Thor's Hammer has the dimensions 3 x 3 x 0.4 cm.

The Viking amulet is provided with a hole. So you can wear the damascus steel Mjölnir with the included leather cord as a pendant around the neck.

The damascus steel Thor's hammer is made from two different steel grades. From AISI 4340 is a hard steel with a low carbon content, which contains nickel, chromium and molybdenum. And from 15N20, which is a nickel steel, which produces beautiful bright portions and good contrast when used in damascus steel.

In the 9th and 10th century the Thor's Hammer was very popular among the Vikings - the wearing of the Thor hammer was showing a pagan surrounding and made someone clear not to be a Christ.

The Mjölnir was the magic Warhammer of the Norse god Thor. With this magical hammer Thor fought against the giants and the Midgard serpent.
