In the case of heavier deliveries or shipments to countries with a higher fee class, we reserve the right in addition to the standard shipping charges to levy a surplus charge appropriate to the value of the goods.

When shipping to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland / USA), customs fees may be charged to the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority beforehand.
For deliveries to countries other than those mentioned above, please contact us in advance with regard to shipping costs.



Delivery via DPD

DPD is our newest shipping service provider and an expert when it comes to getting your order to you cheaply and flexibly. As with all our shipments, you will receive a parcel number with DPD, which you can use to track the route of your delivery.

UPS-Logo
Delivery via UPS

UPS is a world-wide shipping service provider, especially in the US and overseas, and is therefore offered by us for international goods traffic. All packages shipped with UPS are insured and have a tracking number that allows you to track the package on the UPS website.
UPS is fast and reliable.

Delivery via DHL

Shipping with mail has some great advantages.
The delivery person often knows you or the neighbors personally, so that a delivery is mostly uncomplicated, even if you are not at home.
Everywhere in Germany and abroad there are post offices, so that one can pick up the package there, even if one was not found at home. The consignments are kept there for seven days.
On request, you can also give the delivery agent a drop off permit for your home, but the packages are then no longer insured. If the consignee has granted a drop off permit, the liability for lost consignments is with him.

Here you will find a post office near you. On request, the consignor can also be granted a drop off permit for the home.
The postal service delivers to the whole world and even handles customs clearance in the business deliveries.

Post-Logo
Delivery via Post - registered mail


The shipping as registered mail with the German post office is the cheapest way to send a shipment, but the dimensions and the insurance value are limited. However, the delivery can simply be dropped in their mailbox.

Within Germany we ship up to a goods value of 30 €. The dimensions are a maximum of 35 x 25 x 5 cm and 1.000 g.

In the EU, as well as in Switzerland, USA and overseas we send up to a goods value of 100 €. The articles ordered must not be longer than 35 cm and the maximum weight should not exceed 1.000 g.

Please note the weights and dimensions when selecting your items, if the product quantity, weight or dimension is not suitable for postal delivery, the goods will be shipped with an insured parcel with DHL. The additional costs will be billed to you before shipping.

Delivery times


1-2 Tage Green = ready for shipment (1 - 2 or 2 - 3 working days)
- Goods are in stock - delivery of goods usually within 1 - 3 business days after receipt of payment.
 
5-10 Tage Orange = Will be made to order (approx. 6 - 8 weeks)
- Goods are generally not in stock, but can be ordered on request. For jewellery and belt fittings there is a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.

Vergriffen Red = The article is currently not available (approx. 10 - 30 working days)
- Goods are available again in a shorter time. In the coming weeks the article will be back in stock. The buy button is deactivated.

Ausverkauft Blue = The article is in preparation
- The article is still in production and not yet available, but will next be added to our assortment.

grey = The article is completely sold out
- The article is no longer available for an indefinite period of time and will probably no longer be part of our product range. The buy button is deactivated.

The details of the delivery time shown here are only approximate values for which no guarantee can be given. They also refer only to orders from private customers. Wholesalers, a result of the usually higher order quantities, generally plan for delivery times of up to two weeks.




Return of deliveries


Returning items is child's play, thanks to the handy returns portal.

If you have not ordered directly via our website or cannot use the returns portal for other reasons, please proceed as follows:

1. Inform us by e-mail, fax or telephone that you want to return goods.
2. Please frank the package sufficiently.
3. The credit will be credited to your bank account or PayPal account, depending on the type of payment you chose when ordering.

On the back of your invoice you will find a return slip on which you can indicate whether you prefer an exchange or a return.

As a consumer, you can use a withdrawal form here to exercise your right of withdrawal.

These modalities are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal, but they help us to process your return as quickly as possible.

However, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal by any other clear declaration to our company, for example by letter, e-mail or fax to:

For further information on the return of goods, please refer to the section on the right of withdrawal or our General Terms and Conditions.

Beyond the legally granted right of return, it is always possible that misunderstandings may have occurred, that the customer is not entirely happy with the goods or the quality, or that there are other reasons for general dissatisfaction. In such cases, we always try to find an accommodating and uncomplicated solution, because the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us.

Transport damage

With all due diligence, transport damage can still happen. In this case, we will, of course, refund the damaged items free of charge.
In case of transport damage, please observe the following procedure exactly:
Transport damages must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods to the supplier (DHL, GLS, UPS). Please inform Pera Peris about the transport damage. This is the only way to refund your goods immediately.
