Prices
The prices in our shop are those for end customers and are inclusive of the applicable VAT.
For resellers, we offer access to our wholesale area on our dealer login.

Minimum order
We do not have a minimum order value, we deliver in any quantity you desire.

How to order
In our shop there are different ways to get to the desired product.

Delivery times

In the shop you can see if and when an article is available. If an item is not in stock, it can still be ordered at the same time and will be supplied free of charge upon availability. Excluded are nondeliverable items, which can only be ordered separately upon re-availability.

As a rule, we deliver with stock within a few days after receipt of payment. In the case of a high order volume, however, there may be overlaps in the stock of goods, so that an actual delivery possibility can not always be guaranteed.
Some items are also made only after receipt of the order so that there may be longer waiting times. The customer can, of course, withdraw from the purchase at any time.
In the high season from early June to late August and during the Christmas season, there may be shortages of supply and longer waiting times, as we are more heavily occupied by high order traffic and our own markets during these times.

Shipping
For logistical reasons, we ship to end customers only insured packages via prepayment.
We guarantee a reasonable and customer-friendly regulation in case of any dispatch problems or complaints on goods. There is a solution to every problem. Contact us. The customer is our number one priority.

Public institutions such as museums and other can also receive deliveries on account.

In general, we deliver to customers with GLS, as this logistics service provider is fast, reliable and very cheap.
Optionally, however, we can also deliver with Deutsche Post / DHL, Hermes or UPS, since the GLS only makes two delivery attempts and does not have intermediate storage facilities such as the Post, where the parcels can be collected.
Please, therefore, choose the GLS only if the package can also be accepted by someone (for example a neighbor) during the day or a GLS package shop is nearby.
A good alternative would be to send the package directly to the workplace.

Delivery to business customers takes place exclusively within Germany and the EU with GLS, to Switzerland and other non-EU countries with DHL / Post.

Returned goods
You can return the desired product without giving reasons. On the back of your invoice is a return receipt, which you should fill in, so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. Here you can also download the return note as PDF.
As a consumer, you can use a revocation form to exercise your right of revocation. You can also exercise your right of revocation against our company by means of any other clear statement, such as by letter, e-mail, fax or telephone.

Reclamation

Deliveries must be checked immediately after receipt and incorrectly delivered or faulty goods need to be complained within one week.
Beyond the legally granted right of return, it may always be possible that misunderstandings may have occurred, the customer is not completely happy with his goods or the quality, or there are other reasons for a general dissatisfaction. In such cases, we always strive for a reasonable and uncomplicated regulation, because the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us.

Can I buy on-site?
We do not have a store location, since a sale on the spot is not realizable for us due to the in-house production and logistics. A sale therefore takes place exclusively via the Onlineshop, since we can not adequately support our customers on the spot without disturbing the production procedures.
This applies equally to our wholesale customers. Visits are to be registered in advance.

Is there a catalog?

In the shop you will find a PDF with our current catalog in German and English with our products for download, which makes it easy to browse through our extensive assortment. Wholesale customers will see a corresponding version if they have logged in as a dealer before. Orders are only available online. Depending on actuality the contents in the catalog may differ from the product offer in the shop. The offers and prices from the webshop are always binding.

Where can you find Pera Peris?

The company Pera Peris rests on three pillars - Onlineshop, Marketpresence and wholesale.
In addition to our on-line shop, during the summer market season from April to November, as well as during the Christmas season with two historic market stalls throughout Germany and across Europe, we are on numerous mediaeval markets, historic town market days and festivals.

In the time between Christmas and New Year the company is generally closed. Orders can still be placed at this time.

Dealers / resellers / wholesale
We distribute many articles from our assortment also in the wholesale trade. Commercial customers can be registered as resellers by placing their customer  data under the heading "Dealer". Please send us your commercial application or the link to your website as proof of your commercial activity. You will then receive an email with the access data for the wholesale area.

Wholesale prices and order quantities

Differently adjusted prices are possible depending on the quantity taken.
For quantities of more than 100 pieces, we will gladly make a special offer for individual items on request.
The recommended selling price is usually based on the lowest price with multiplier 2 plus legal VAT. A minimum order value does not have to be reached. Goods are generally dispatched on invoice.

Price adjustments
All prices are dynamic and are occasionally adjusted to the market conditions. The scale price stated at the time of the order in the dealer's form plus the statutory VAT is binding. In the case of traders from non-European countries, no VAT will be invoiced.
Further information on price changes does not take place, so we recommend to check prices before ordering.

Payment Period for Dealer
The goods are dispatched within Europe on account, payment in advance is not necessary. The expected time of payment is within 14 days, after 30 days a first payment reminder, followed by a letter demanding payment, followed by a friendly letter from the collection office. At any time, however, we are striving to find a reasonable settlement for payment shortages. Just talk to us.

Competitors exclusion
We believe in the law of free market, i. We treat every customer the same, regardless of whether a new dealer would like to open his shop in the same street as an old business. We also refuse to withhold delivery to any former employees of a company. We grant the same chances and opportunities to every trader.

Wholesale Catalog

Dependant on actuality the contents in the catalog may differ from the product offer in the shop. In any case, the offers and prices from the webshop are binding.

Can pictures and texts from the shop be used?

The pictures taken on a white background in the studio are basically free and may be used for their own web presence. All other images, e.g. Photographs taken in nature or images of historical originals are usually excluded from this and may not be used in their own webshop.
Exception: If an article has no studio picture on a white background, the available images may be used in this case.
If you would like to use special pictures in individual cases, please do not hesitate to contact us.

It is expressly forbidden to copy texts of articles in whole or part and to use them in their own webshop, or to publish them in the Internet. All texts are protected by copyright and therefore have to be reworded for their own use in onlinemedia.
The Pera Peris webshop is protected by copyscape and copyright infringements are tracked and censured.

The creation of texts is a very time-intensive and expensive matter and is protected by copyright, just like every creative self-performance. That alone would be reason enough. More problematic, however, is the fact that duplicate content, that is, the same text content on different pages in the Internet, is negatively evaluated by search engines and correspondingly poorly ranked.
Thus all the work and money that we have invested in our texts is completely worthless and these texts are even harmful to your own web presence, if texts themselves are copied identically. Therefore, such an abuse of our texts on the Internet can under no circumstances be allowed.
The use in front of article texts in print media is however expressly permitted.

Protection of designs and copyright

Pera Peris designs and designs own products according to his own ideas and creations, such as ornaments, bags, accesoires, belts, knives, buckles and jewelry. These are a creative self-service and protected by copyright and / or competition law. A large number of products are also provided with a pattern protection. In general, new releases are automatically protected for three years by the unregistered European taste pattern. In addition, a lot of our new releases are also published by Designprotection. Various articles are protected by the DPMA as a registered design. Imitations are always legally prosecuted and warned by our patent attorneys.
