Retailers which do not have a European VAT ID need to register as normal customer here. You will get the official traders prices too, but you will have to pay extra tax.

Please read below carefully the information for dealers so that no questions remain open, and then enter your master data in the address form for resellers in our medieval wholesale shop.

In order to verify yourself as a dealer simply send us a link to your webshop at info@pera-peris.de, or send us a copy of your trade licence, by e-mail or fax to 0049 (0) 3504-6258514 so we can register you as a reseller.

After checking your data, you will soon receive a confirmation e-mail that you are registered as a reseller for our medieval wholesale offer.
As soon as you have received this e-mail, you can register with your e-mail and your self-selected password as a dealer.

If you are registered as a dealer, you may enter the medieval wholesale section and see for all articles the reseller prices for wholesale customers and the corresponding quantities.

You can also download and print our medieval wholesale catalogue as a PDF in German and English with the reseller prices.

IMPORTANT: You must log in before the order process; otherwise it may cause faulty prices within the order. So do not select the articles and then log in, but first log in and then select the articles.

There is no minimum order value for Pera Peris! Even the smallest quantities are delivered and the greater the order size, the more favourable the price of each article.

Orders can be only made online via the webshop, unfortunately we cannot take orders by mail, fax, letter or telephone for logistical reasons.

The purchase price is graded according to the order quantity, whereby different attributes of an article can be combined.
For example, 5 bags black + 5 bags brown = scale price for 10 bags. In addition, no cash discount is granted.

The recommended retail price is usually based on the lowest selling price with the multiplier of 2%.
Prices are occasionally adjusted to the respective market situation. There is no previous information on price changes.

The shipping is done by the shipping service provider selected when the order is placed.
Pay only after you have received an invoice, specifying the invoice number and your customer number.

The delivery times stated in the shop are only valid for private customers, dealers may have to reckon with a processing time of up to two weeks, especially during the summer months, though most orders are processed promptly.

In the case of heavier deliveries or shipments to countries with a higher fee class, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate shipping charge in addition to the standard shipping costs.

Merchants receive goods generally on an invoice, which is enclosed with the delivery, with an expectation of payment within two weeks. Deliveries to overseas are made on advance payment. Merchants outside the EU receive the invoice without VAT as this is levied at the time of importation by the respective customs.

Additional customs documents:
For traders from non-EU countries such as Switzerland and the USA, please note that each order should preferably remain under an order value of  €1000 per order, otherwise an extensive customs declaration will be required, for which we charge an additional €45. For larger quantities, it is advisable to simply place two orders, both of which remain under €1000. In most cases, this is less expensive.

Traders from the EU need a VAT identification number, so they can be deducted from the VAT.
Retailers and micro contractors from Germany and outside the EU (for example, Switzerland, USA) do not need such a number.

If you are a dealer from the EU and do not have a sales tax identification number, please register as a normal customer and inform us that you are a reseller - you will receive dealer prices, but with additional VAT.

It is generally permitted to use all images of an article photographed on a white background for your own web presence, further pictures are excluded from this and may not be used, e.g. Pictures of nature or pictures of historical originals. If you would like to use such pictures, just contact us.

Article texts may not simply be copied into your own shop, but are always to be rewritten with changes, since double content is extremely negative and is punished with a bad ranking by search engines.

Some items are only available in retail and will not be displayed when you log in as a merchant. If you would like to order these items, nevertheless, you have to create an additional account as a private customer and order it.

As soon as you have registered as a dealer, you will see the dealer prices and can also download and print our catalogue as a PDF with the reseller prices in German and English.

- Just click from category to subcategory and use our "Quick Order" feature to put the item in the desired variations in your shopping cart instantly and without detouring over the product description.

2. Comfortable
- Get a quick overview of the complete range of all available products in the category "View All". Again, here you can shop easily by using the "Quick Order"button.

3. Search
- With the double search function, you have the possibility to search for products either directly via the article number or alternatively via the article name.

- With the Fast Purchase Function in the shopping cart, articles can be added in the desired quantity directly by using the product ID.

- The Product-ID can be found in the shopping cart, as well as in the order confirmation and the order history.

5. Smart
- Articles for regularly recurring orders can be placed on the notepad and put from there with just one click directly into the shopping cart.
