Medieval amulet "Michael defeats the devil".

Here you can buy a reproduction of medieval amulet, which was made after a historical pilgrim badge from the 15th century.

The medieval amulet shows the archangel Michael, in full armour and with a curved spear, confronting the devil.

The amulet was made after a historical pilgrim's badge that was probably acquired by a pilgrim in the late Middle Ages as a souvenir of a visit to Mont Saint Michel in France. Like the original, this replica can alternatively be sewn onto the garment at its openings as a pilgrim's badge.

The original badge dates from 1400 to 1500 AD and is now part of the holdings of the British Museum in London.

The pendant "Michael with the Devil" has the dimensions 3.5 x 2 cm. The original was only 2.7 x 1.8 cm.

You can buy this pendant in high-quality bronze or genuine silver-plated.
Alternatively, also available in 925 sterling silver (Please note the delivery time).

A black leather strap in 1 m length is included with the medieval amulet.

Alternatively, it can also be used as a pilgrim badge. It can be easily sewn onto the garment at the various openings.

In the Middle Ages, the Archangel Michael was regarded as the leader of the forces in the fight against evil. He was also regarded by the people of the Middle Ages as the protector of high places, which is why many hills and mountains are named after him.

As Saint Michael, he was named the patron saint of France in the 14th century. In the course of this, Mont Saint-Michel developed into the most important place of pilgrimage in France, which still attracts thousands of devout visitors every year.
