Earrings in the shape of the Mjölnir from Hedeby.

Here you can buy a pair of earrings in the shape of a Mjölnir, made as a detailed replica of a Thor's Hammer from the excavations of the Viking settlement of Hedeby.

Due to their small dimensions, the Mjölnir earrings are very light and comfortable to wear. Link to the historical model...

The Hedeby Mjölnir earrings measure 2.5 x 1.7 cm (4.5 cm including hook).

Made of high-quality bronze and also available in real silver-plated.

The Thor's hammer was the magic weapon of the Viking god Thor with which he fought his enemies and was therefore called Mjölnir by the Vikings, which means crusher.

In the 9th and 10th centuries, the Thor's hammer was very popular, as it allowed the Vikings to distance themselves from the emerging Christianity. Interestingly, such Mjölnir pendants were found especially in women's graves.
