Belt from the late Middle Ages with bronze buckle.
This belt from the late Middle Ages is made of cowhide leather 2.5 to 3.2 mm thick and has a bronze buckle.
The bronze buckle on this 1.5 cm narrow late medieval belt is a replica from the period between 1250 and 1450 AD, made of high-quality cast bronze and fastened to the belt with a rivet plate, as was typical of the late Middle Ages.
Belt circumference: 84 - 102 cm (total length 150 cm).
The late medieval belt can be worn wrapped due to its length and is therefore ideally suited for garb in LARP and medieval re-enactment. Two embossed lines along the sides also give the late medieval belt a slim line.
The robust medieval belt is made of hard-wearing cowhide, and the velvet-matt waxed belt leather acquires the natural patina that is so characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather over time.
