Medieval belt, 3 cm wide, modelled on a late medieval example.
This medieval belt is crafted after a historical belt that once belonged to the Danish King Erik of Pomerania, darting to around 1450.
The original buckle was originally made of gold-plated silver. It bears King Erik’s crown coat of arms and the inscription: “Help ghot un maria nu altit” (God and Mary are our help at all times).
The medieval belt "Erik” is made from sturdy cowhide leather 3 to 3.5 mm thick and is characterised by a natural and beautiful surface. Simply perfect for LARP and medieval re-enactment costumes.
Narrow decorative lines are embossed on both sides of the 3 cm wide leather belt, lending the medieval belt an additional touch of elegance.
The length of the medieval belt is suitable for a knotted style.
Two sizes are available:
Belt S: 165 cm Circumference 92–107 cm
Belt L: 180 cm Circumference 105–120 cm
The ‘Erik’ medieval belt is available in black or brown full-grain cowhide leather with zinc alloy buckles in silver or brass finishes and can also be supplied without strap end 10 Re 3:C Z and three matching belt studs 10 Re 3:C ZN.
