The Viking arm ring is suitable for wrists with a circumference of around 17 to 20 cm and is therefore equally suitable for men and women.
It is very flexible and can therefore be easily bent and adjusted to the individual wrist circumference.
Among the Vikings, both men and women often wore bronze and silver arm rings, which, along with brooches and other jewellery, were very common in terms of shape and size, as a precious arm ring was an important status symbol in Viking society, indicating both the person's rank and wealth.
