Viking Age torque with Ringerike raven heads.

Here you can buy a striking Viking torque with raven heads, which had a Viking Age bangle in Ringerike style as its godfather.

The Viking raven head torque is made of several rods twisted together to 5 mm thicknesses and ends in two raven heads.

The historical model for this Viking Torque comes from the Swedish hoard of Undrom near Boteå in Ångermanland and is now in the possession of the Historiska Museet in Stockholm.

You can buy the Viking raven torque in high-quality bronze and also in real silver-plated.

The Viking torque fits necks of about 40 to 45 cm in circumference, and is therefore suitable for both men and women.
The torque is very flexible and can therefore be bent perfectly and adapted to the individual circumference.

Among the Vikings, wealthy men or warriors not infrequently wore, in addition to various bracelets, a similarly designed torques made of braided wires of bronze or silver, which not only made the rank and status of the respective person clear as a status symbol, but at the same time could also be used as a means of payment for so-called hack silver.
