Hair bead with celtic knot motif.

Here you can buy a beautiful hair bead or beard bead, which is designed in the style of the Celts and Vikings and shows an intertwined knot motif.

The Celtic hair bead is available in brass or silver color and is made of zamac casting.

Dimensions of the hair bead: 1.5 x 1.2 cm. Hole diameter 8 mm.

For threading a hair bead or beard bead it is helpful to sharpen the hair strand a little bit with hair gel or water before, so that it can be led more easily through the hole of the bead.

Before threading the hair bead onto the strand of hair, you can also use a small beard gum or braid gum for particularly straight hair. This makes it much easier to place the bead and also ensures that it sits securely in the hair. A real Viking will of course use a small piece of yarn for this, but in a very stylish way...

The origin of the Celtic knot motifs probably goes back to Egyptian fabric patterns, which were brought to Great Britain by Coptic Christians in the 5th and 6th century and soon found their way into the Celts' jewelry and picture design.

The Celtic knot, with its many connections, is a symbol of the infinite cycle of creation and the thread of life, which is without beginning and end in the course of eternal rebirth and thus represents a cosmic connection between soul and earth.
