Forged Viking troll cross with torsion.

Hera you can buy an extra large troll cross with striking torsion design that was forged by hand according to historical models from the time of the Vikings.

The forged troll cross comes with a solid leather cord so that you can wear the pendant comfortably around your neck.

The dimensions are 6.5 x 4 cm.

As it has been known in Scandinavia since time immemorial, trolls are generally not really malicious, but they still cause many a mischief: they can make things disappear or creak in the woodwork at night, make the cattle in the barn nervous and even sometimes turn the milk sour.

Trolls are said to be particularly common in the deep and dark forests of Scandinavia. But they abhor iron. And in crossed form, its unpleasant effect is intensified.

That is why the Vikings sometimes wore a forged troll cross on a leather strap around their necks to arm themselves against the unpleasant trolls, but also against diseases and curses.

Or people liked to nail a troll cross to the doors of their houses and stables. Even today in Iceland and Norway, a troll cross is often hung or painted above the stable doors...
