Damascus knife blade.

A beautiful full tang knife blade made from 176 layered damasus steel.

Ideal for crafting an unique knife by your own.

The full tang damascus blade is made from two different types of steel:
At the one hand AISI 4340 which is a hard tempered steel that has a low carbon content, that also contains molybdenum in addition to nickel and chromium with high toughness.
At the other hand 15N20 a nickel-containing steel with good properties, which gives beautiful bright areas and good contrasts when used in damascus steel.

Both steels together produce a beautifully flamed damascus steel. Each piece is one-of-a-kind an has its individual damascus pattern.
The hardness of the blade is 58 to 60 HCR Rockwell.

Dimensions: Length 23.5 cm, width 3.2 cm, cutting edge 11 cm.
