The Viking drinking horn tip has two holes on the side for attaching it to the drinking horn.

The dimensions of the drinking horn terminal are as follows:
Total length 10 cm, width 2.5 cm, shaft length 4 cm. Internal diameter of the shaft at the base 2 cm.

The drinking horn terminal is available in high-quality bronze, real silver-plated or 925 sterling silver.


The Vikings and Anglo-Saxons often fitted the ends of their drinking horns with bronze or silver terminals , which were usually shaped like mythical creatures such as dragons or bird heads and could, in some cases, reach considerable lengths. In addition to the finial-adorned ends, the rims of Viking-era drinking horns were generally also fitted with precious metal fittings all the way round.
