Cylindrical beard bead in the Celtic style.

This striking beard bead / hair bead is inspired by historical models from the Celtic period and adorned with elegant knotted bands.

With its endless interlinkings and intertwining, the Celtic knot is regarded as the perfect symbol of the infinite cycle of creation. And for the thread of life, which, with no beginning and no end, is caught up in the cycle of eternal rebirth and thus represents a cosmic connection between the soul and the earth.

Dimensions: 1.4 x 1.2 cm. Hole diameter 8 mm.

The Celtic beard bead is available in high-quality bronze and genuine silver-plated or 925 sterling silver.


To thread the beard bead, it is helpful to first lightly dampen the strand of hair with a little hair gel or water, so that it can be passed through the bead’s hole more easily.
Before threading the hair bead, you can also use a small hair tie or plait tie if your hair is particularly straight. This makes it easier to position the curl bead and also ensures it stays securely in place. A true Viking would, of course, wrap a piece of yarn around the beard bead in true Viking style…
