Germanic knife from the Iron Age.
Here you can buy a Germanic knife from the Iron Age, with an elegant twisted handle forged by hand from one piece.
The knife is based on Germanic finds from the Iron Age and is an ideal addition to the garb in the Middle Ages and Germanic reenactment.
Such knives are often attributed to the Viking Age and occasionally referred to as Viking knives. This is not historically correct, as such knives do not actually appear in the finds from the Viking Age - they date back around 1000 years earlier! However, this does not detract from the beautiful form and practical value...
The Germanic knife comes with a leather sheath (colour varies from light brown to black) and is sharpened.
The hardness of the knife is 54 to 56 HCR Rockwell.
Dimensions: length of knife: 17 cm, blade: 8 x 2 cm.
