Here you can buy a leather case that is ideal to be used as a cover for small spring scissors from the Viking Age or the Middle Ages.

In this small leather case, the scissors remain excellently protected, and you avoid the danger of injuring yourself or others by the scissors. The scissors case is equipped with a leather loop where you can wear the scissors directly on your belt

A unique element of this decorative leather sheath is the authentic bronze fitting, which was made after a historical model from the Viking settlement Birka on Björkö in Lake Mälaren, Sweden.

In the Viking Age, women also liked to wear their scissors attached to a small chain or long ribbon or to a brooch over their garments.

The scissors case is made of supple brown cowhide and is suitable for Viking ironing scissors of 12 to 16 cm length.

The Viking scissors case measures 14 x 5 cm.
The opening is 3.5 x 1 cm wide.
