Print product data sheet

Late Middle Ages kidney bag with fittings.

Here you can buy a detailed kidney bag with authentic fittings that is made of supple and robust leather

The special eye-catchers of this medieval kidney bag are the two curved fittings based on a historical model that were often used on kidney bags. Kidney bags were typical of the late Middle Ages from 1400 to 1500 AD.

This form of kidney bag is found on numerous medieval paintings as well as in historical found material, and is therefore perfect for authentic garb in late medieval re-enactment.

The belt loops are suitable for belts up to 5 cm wide and should therefore be wide enough for belts.

Dimensions of the kidney bag with fittings: 20 x 18 x 2 cm.

The front of the kidney bag is emblazoned with a replica of a medieval buckle based on a historical original and ensures a secure closure.

You can buy the kidney bag in black or brown leather with a silver or brass-coloured buckle and fittings.
