Heavy Viking bangle from Hornelund.
Here you can buy a truly magnificent Viking bangle, made after the find of the warrior bangle from Hornelund on the isle of Valse.
The historical model for this heavy Viking bangle is now in the Danish National Museum in Copenhagen and dates back to the 10th century.
In contrast to the original, our Viking bangle is open on the underside, as was often the case in the Viking Age and particularly suitable for normal men's arms.
The heavy Viking bangle measures 9.3 x 6.8 x 2.3 cm and weighs approx. 59 g.
The material thickness is approx. 1 mm. The inner diameter is 7.5 cm at the widest point and the opening is 3.5 cm.
Due to the material properties of bronze, the Viking bangle cannot be bent or adjusted in size.
Available in high-quality cast bronze and in genuine silver-plated.
