Delivery times


1-2 Tage Green = ready for shipment (1 - 2 or 2 - 3 working days)
- Goods are in stock - delivery of goods usually within 1 - 3 business days after receipt of payment.
 
3-5 Tage Yellow = soon deliverable (3 - 5 business days)
- The product is not in stock, or is made to customer specification - Ready for dispatch within one week after receipt of payment.

5-10 Tage Orange = Coming soon (5 - 10 business days)
- Product is not available at the moment - ready for dispatch within one to two weeks. If part of a mixed consignment item will be delivered later or canceled free of charge.

Vergriffen Red = Currently not available (10 - 30 business days)
- The Buy button is disabled. Please check again in the next weeks if the article is now back in stock.

Ausverkauft Blue = This item is sold out (delivery time without forecast)
- The Buy button is disabled. The article is not available until further notice and for an indefinite period.


The details of the delivery time shown here are only approximate values for which no guarantee can be given. They also refer only to orders from private customers. Wholesalers, a result of the usually higher order quantities, generally plan for delivery times of up to two weeks.

In the case of heavier deliveries or shipments to countries with a higher fee class, we reserve the right in addition to the standard shipping charges to levy a surplus charge appropriate to the value of the goods.

When shipping to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland / USA), customs fees may be charged to the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority beforehand.
For deliveries to countries other than those mentioned above, please contact us in advance with regard to shipping costs.



Delivery via GLS


 For European business customers, we recommend GLS - The GLS is by far the fastest shipping service provider. Often the packages are already the next day, at latest two days with you, the dispatch with GLS is therefore interesting not only for our business customers, but also for private customers.
However, the GLS makes only one delivery attempt and does not have intermediate storage facilities, as do the Post and Hermes, where parcels can be picked up. Here you will find a GLS package shop near you.

So choose GLS best only if the package can be accepted by someone during the day. A good alternative would be to have the package sent directly to your workplace. On request, you can also give the delivery agent a drop off permit for your home, but the packages are then no longer insured. If the consignee has granted a drop off permit, the liability for lost consignments is with him.

Delivery via UPS
UPS is a world-wide shipping service provider, especially in the US and overseas, and is therefore offered by us for continental goods traffic and non-EU countries. All packages shipped with UPS are insured and have a tracking number that allows you to track the package on the UPS website.
UPS is fast and reliable, but quite expensive, which is why we only offer UPS for Switzerland, the USA and overseas.

Delivery via DHL

Shipping with mail has some great advantages.
The delivery person often knows you or the neighbors personally, so that a delivery is mostly uncomplicated, even if you are not at home.
Everywhere in Germany and abroad there are post offices, so that one can pick up the package there, even if one was not found at home. The consignments are kept there for seven days.
On request, you can also give the delivery agent a drop off permit for your home, but the packages are then no longer insured. If the consignee has granted a drop off permit, the liability for lost consignments is with him.

Here you will find a post office near you. On request, the consignor can also be granted a drop off permit for the home.
The postal service delivers to the whole world and even handles customs clearance in the business deliveries.

Delivery via Post - letter as registered mail


The shipping as a letter with the German post office is the cheapest way to send a shipment, but the dimensions and the insurance value are limited. However, the delivery can simply be dropped in their mailbox.

Within Germany we ship up to a goods value of 20 € with large letter as registered mail. The dimensions are a maximum of 35 x 25 x 2 cm and 500 g.

In the EU, as well as in Switzerland, USA and overseas we send up to a goods value of 100 € with large letter or Maxibrief as registered mail. The articles ordered must not be longer than 60 cm and the maximum weight should not exceed 2000 g.

Please note the weights and dimensions when selecting your items, if the product quantity, weight or dimension is not suitable for postal delivery, the goods will be shipped with an insured parcel with DHL. The additional costs will be billed to you before shipping.

Return of deliveries

You can exchange or return unused goods within 30 days. The simplest way to return is as follows:

1. If possible, please do not send the goods back unannounced, but instead:
2. Inform us by e-mail, fax or telephone that you want to return goods.
3. Please frank the package sufficiently.
4. The credit will be credited to your bank account or PayPal account, depending on the type of payment you chose when ordering.

These conditions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.

Transport damage

With all due diligence transport damage can still happen. In this case, we will of course refund the damaged items free of charge.
In case of transport damage, please observe the following procedure exactly:
Transport damages must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods to the supplier (DHL, GLS, UPS). Please inform Pera Peris about the transport damage. This is the only way to refund your goods immediately.
