These Viking earrings were modelled on a Viking Age brooch from Norway in the so-called Borre Style and showing a gripping beast.

The Viking earrings are available in bronze or real silver plated.

Dimensions 4.5 x 2.5 cm including ear hooks.

The Viking earrings are supplied as a pair.

The Borrestil represents the second phase of the Nordic gripping beast style, which was especially widespread in eastern Scandinavia in the 9th and 10th centuries. The Borre Style is named after the grave find at Borre in Vestfold, Norway, where many finds in this artistic style were excavated.
