You can buy this Viking jewellery in high-quality bronze and in real silver-plated.
Diameter of the Viking disc brooch: 4.2 cm.

Such Viking jewellery in the Terslev style, decorated with granulated filigree, is known from several sites, among others also from the island of Hiddensee and from Zealand / DK. In the granulated originals, small beads and fine wires were soldered onto the amulet in filigree work.

Our replica of this filigree disc brooch, on the other hand, is completely cast in one piece, whereby the representation is very well expressed. The Viking jewellery can also be worn as a pendant with the eyelet on the back.

The treasure of Terslev, after which this Viking jewellery is named, was buried on the island of Zealand in Denmark towards the end of the tenth century and consisted of a considerable 6.6 kg of silver.

Among them were no less than 1751 coins, mainly of Arab origin. In addition, the treasure consisted of neck rings and bracelets, necklaces and pendants, a toilet set and a silver drinking service with several cups and a large embossed bowl.

The silver treasure from Terslev is now in the Danish National Museum in Copenhagen.
