Print product data sheet

Money pouch based on models from the late Middle Ages.

Here you can buy a medieval girdle purse, a so-called money pouch, which was used during the late Middle Ages.

The clever closure of the medieval money pouch is based on historical belt bags from the late Middle Ages around 1400 AD, where this closure technique was used.
The smart closure disc is attached to the leather strap that closes the pouch and is pushed through a slot in the lid.

The medieval money pouch is made of a velvety-soft cowhide nappa leather of approx. 1 mm thickness and a firm top leather of 2 mm thickness for the bag flap.

On the back of the money pouch is a belt loop for belts up to 7 cm wide. The medieval money pouch fits practically every medieval belt and is therefore wonderfully suitable for garb in larp and medieval re-enactment.

The money pouch has a diameter of 40 cm when open and is about 17 x 13 cm when closed.
