Hand-forged early medieval knife.

This classic early medieval knife in a timelessly beautiful appearance is equipped with a hand-forged knife blade and has a beautifully decorated handle made of walnut wood.

Knives like this one were widespread in the early Middle Ages and are often found in archaeological finds. The knife is therefore perfect for historical display in early medieval re-enactment and medieval camp life in general.

A prominent feature of this early medieval knife is the forged knife blade left with the black tinder layer and the wooden handle made of walnut decorated with concentric circles at the end, which ends with a layer of bone towards the blade.

The early medieval knife has the following dimensions:
Length 18.5 cm, blade 9 cm, back 4 mm.

The early medieval knife comes with a sheath made of genuine leather and sharpened.
The blade is made of 1085 high-carbon steel with a hardness of 55 - 58 HRC.
